Recognizing the need for a reliable, future-ready service strategy, Pravara found a trusted partner in ABB.

Under the ABB Motion OneCare Service Agreement, ABB assumes full responsibility for maintaining PDVVPSSK’s installed drives across various lifecycle stages. The service encompasses preventive and corrective maintenance, failure coverage, spare parts management, reconditioning of faulty drives, and modernization of legacy systems with advanced digital solutions. The addition of ABB’s Remote Visual Guidance has further empowered PDVVPSSK's maintenance teams to resolve issues swiftly, reducing response times and ensuring uninterrupted operations. Since the implementation of the OneCare program, the company has observed a significant improvement in plant uptime and continues to make steady progress toward its goal of achieving 100% reliability.
