Fleet Growth Amidst Market Challenges
Despite global supply chain disruptions, your fleet capacity increased by 4 MW in 2024. What key strategies enabled this growth, and how do you plan to sustain it?
Atlas Copco is a global player, we leverage our manufacturing facilities and Rental’s global fleet network helps us overcome supply chain challenges. This growth was made possible because of our belief and commitment to supporting the Indian manufacturing growth story. Innovation and diversification were key to it. We introduced new technologies and solutions, such as the bubble curtain application for marine conservation and rental steam boilers in the heating and cooling sector. These innovations helped us stay ahead of the curve and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Lastly, we focused on providing agile and resilient solutions through our new business model, BOOM (Build, Own, Operate, and Maintain). This approach helped our customers be more adaptable and resilient in the face of uncertainty.

Pioneering Innovations in Rental Solutions
The introduction of the bubble curtain application at India Energy Week 2025 highlights your commitment to innovation. How does this technology contribute to marine conservation in offshore projects?
The introduction of the bubble curtain application at India Energy Week 2025 highlights Atlas Copco Rental India’s futuristic approach and commitment to innovation and focus on sustainability in rental solutions. This technology is crucial for marine conservation in offshore projects. The bubble curtain system mitigates underwater noise from construction activities, such as pile driving for offshore wind foundations. By releasing air bubbles, the system creates a barrier that reduces noise levels by over 90%, protecting marine life.
Recognized by European regulators, this measure ensures the safety of marine mammals and fish during offshore construction. Atlas Copco Specialty Rental's adoption of the bubble curtain technology demonstrates their global experience and dedication to environmental sustainability and providing eco-friendly solutions for marine conservation in offshore projects.
Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
Your rental solutions emphasize sustainability. How do offerings such as oil-free air compressors and on-site nitrogen generators support industries in reducing their carbon footprint?
On-site nitrogen generators allow industries to produce nitrogen on-demand, reducing the need for transportation and storage of nitrogen cylinders. This optimizes production processes, reduces energy consumption, and enhances operational efficiency. By generating nitrogen on-site, industries can meet their specific requirements while minimizing environmental impact.
One of Atlas Copco’s core values is innovation. Our group’s investment in R&D helps us to get the most innovative products and cutting-edge technology in our rental fleet. Our energy-efficient compressors are available in both diesel and electric-driven models, offering flexibility and efficiency.
Our 100% oil-free quality air, eliminating the risk of oil contamination, helps our customers improve their quality and reduce rejections of their end products hence minimizing emissions of harmful pollutants.
